1.) Minimum down payment is 10% of total amount of purchase.
2.) There is a $5.00 non-refundable Layaway Processing Fee.
3.) Payments must be processed through Google, PayPal, Certified Check or Money Order.
4.) Merchandise must be paid in full within six (6) weeks, or it will be returned to stock and a 10% fee will be deducted from any payment(s) made.
5.) Layaways cannot be returned. Only exchanges will be accepted and the exchanges must be for the same item as initially purchased.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of date of delivery of merchandise. Items presented for refund should be in like new condition. Like new conditions means: Merchandise must be in a condition to be resold. Merchandise must NOT: (1.) Smell like tobacco or prefume (2.) Must NOT be damaged OR have been used or worn. (3.) Sheets and Comforters Must be returned in the packaging they were shipped in and MUST NOT show any indication they have been used in any way. Sheets and Comforters must be folded the same as when received by you (the customer). We ask that do NOT return sheets and comforters that have been used! Do NOT expect a refund after you have used the items because you had guest and wanted to have something special or update your decor. Do NOT return sheets and comforters that were purchased because your "special" friend was visiting and you wanted something new. We will NOT issue refunds for used items under any conditions.
Jewelry damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
